Double Monochromators,
Deep UV (185nm) to IR operation Double
Monochromators include two SpectraPro monochromators
used in series where the exit slit of the first “stage”
is the entrance slit to the second monochromator stage.
The systems are set up in an additive mode for increased
dispersion and exceptional stray light rejection. The
first monochromator stage disperses the spectral radiation
into separate wavelength components, allowing a specific
bandpass to enter the second monochromator. The second
monochromator stage re-disperses the light, increasing
spectral dispersion while further reducing stray light
levels. |

VM Series Vacuum
Monochromators, VUV (115nm) to IR operation
The VM Series vacuum monochromators offer the highest
quality instrumentation available for evacuated operation
in the wavelength range below 200nm. Our vacuum monochromators
range from 0.2 meter to 1 meter focal length and include
high-performance Acton Research coatings, such as the
ARC #1200 Al+MgF2 with the highest reflectance available
in the industry at 120nm. These vacuum monochromators
can also be provided for nitrogen purge operation, on
request. |
